The deadline to apply for the refund is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order by the customer. To begin the process of return or refund the customer must send an email to arin@esportsarin.com indicating the reason of return of it.
Any product you wish to change or return is always to be made with the original packaging and labels intact, properly packaged in its original box and properly protected. The item returned must be in same contidions in which it was received, which will be determined by our experts. Shall not be refunded or exchange items or custom silkscreened. If the purchase order were to be returned to origin because the carrier could not deliver the goods (by negligence of the carrier), our company will bear the cost of the re-sending.
Upon receiving the returned package, it will be re-confirmed the status of the product and that it was really a negligence on our part.
To proceed to the re-sending of the material or to refund the money (if the item is exhausted), this will be done in the next 15 working days from our warehouse.
